This morning, while half-asleep, I really put my foot down regarding...myself.
"Me: I don't want to go to work! I hate it and it sucks! Blah blah blah blah blah!
Myself: OKAY! I GET IT! I know you don't like work, so shut up about it!
Me: You suck!
Myself: No, you suck!"
Fortunately at this point NPR woke me up.
Really, the whole thing would have been a lot less surreal if part of me had not been represented in this argument by a stick of butter.
